My *NEW* Tuesday Night Class

Here is an example of ZUMBA, for those that don't know what it's all about...  this is very similar to the class style that I attend.

So instead of going to class for 4 hours at Bethel University, I am movin' and groovin' at the Crystal Community Center with about 20 other ladies of all shapes, sizes and abilities...  and it's not gender-biased, all are welcome.  It's a full hour of non-stop fun, toning and exercise!  Will you join me in some dance aerobic fun?  I absolutely LOVE it and can feel the difference already!

My goals?  I currently look like the lady in the green t-shirt...  seldom in step and low impact (ok, maybe a little better than that).  And I purposely position myself next to the fan because only 20 minutes into the 60 minute workout my face is as red as an Heirloom tomato!  By summer, heck, let's even say March...  I hope to look more like the women in the front of the class:  in step, knowing some of the moves a bit better, and at least 10 lbs. thinner.  I can tell you that no matter how funny I feel shaking my chest & hips in some of these moves ~ I don't quit and I smile (almost the whole time) back at myself in the mirror because it's a TON of fun!
