Oliver was pretty excited about getting his desk in order (a tad bit of OCD) and sat right down to work on a worksheet. He was only one desk away from a good friend and was pretty happy to be back.
After school routine has changed for them as well, just a little bit. There are new house rules for homework, reading and dinner before Wii or TV. We've successfully made it through Day One (with a whole lot of tantrums and tears), but we are sticking to it!
PS: My dear friend Kara says she cries every year. I must have a morbid sense of self if I actually take the day off from work, rejoice and spend the whole day with my hubby!
