Hard to believe that 11 years ago I was preparing to marry for the second time! If you asked me back when I was a girl I would have never dreamed of being married more than once. Circumstances beyond my control, however, led me down a different path. There are times we may find ourselves in a situation which we cannot always control and be hard pressed to find a lesson or silver lining. Being patient, prayerful and thankful will eventually bring us to our destiny.
Today I am thankful for the woman I have become, the man I married in October 1996, and the children I am raising.
