love is a gift

Another year between us,
this one sweeter than the last.

Why, you ask? 

Because after JP's recent health scare,
his HEART is still beating,
his lungs still breathing,
and he's been given another chance...

to live
to love
to educate
and to share
all that he is
and all that I fell in love with...  17 years ago.
