Not sure that I believe in making resolutions year after year. Have I ever made resolutions that stuck? I don't think so. But why not throw caution to the wind and call them GOALS instead this year. After all, 2011 was my "year of reflection" so 2012 will be my "year of change". Sure, I know change is constant, but I really hope for BIG change this year and that starts with the power of the mind.
So my goals will be fluid. A work in progress. Yes, that.
Starting small and adding exercise into the day, just as it should be *but hasn't been for oh-far-too-long!
yoga. daily. starting small and I vow to meditate or do a few sun salutations to get the ball rolling again. I'm going to use Esther as my yoga kick-start.
and focus.
goes hand-in-hand after all, right?
in all honesty, I really need to get these goals
onto paper
or a visual-board
and make it happen in 2012.
so keep me on track.
kick me in the arse.
you've got permission.
How's it going?
