I popped over to my friend Kristin's blog this morning to catch up and see that she's got a weight loss challenge Ten by the Fourth throw down going on! It's simple, really, but just what I needed to keep me motivated. I would love to lose ten pounds by the 4th of July. I've already gotten back to yoga and need a little push to add cardio to my week.
