Memorial Box Monday - Amazing Grace

Simply put, I had a wonderful weekend "away from the world" with my husband and son.  Our youngest son was off on his own at Seeds Camp for the weekend, and the rest of us took in our first experience of family camp.  Unplugged from everything, we grew stronger as a family in our faith.  There were even a few "a-ha" moments that we shared with friends during the adult enrichment hour.  We were surrounded with the beauty of God's creation and surprised by the splendor of a double-rainbow after an afternoon sun shower.  All truly, God-moments shared with friends and my family.  Goosebumps.   God-bumps!

Because this journey was a personal one, I am not going to share too many details in cyberspace.  However, suffice it to say, that in my Memorial Box today I will stash away treasured memories from my own "upbringing in faith" and add to it, the smiles, giggles and wonderment that my boys are discovering through their walk in faith @ Camp.

Deuteronomy 6: 5 Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.
6 These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts.
7 Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and
when you walk along the road,
when you lie down and when you get up.
