The boys look forward to Grandma and Grandpa coming every year to Grandfriends Day at school. They serve the traditional turkey/gravy over mashed potatoes. Henry loves it (yet refuses to eat this type of food at home) and Oliver takes a lunch from home. I'm not sure if the grandparents like the food, but they come and pretend to like it anyway. I'm told by Grandma that they played "Smarter than a Third Grader" in Oliver's class and they got the hardest question... giggle.
Looking mighty grown up between his grandparents!
Notice jacket on - ready to dash to recess after lunch.
Poor grandparents only get to eat & see him briefly. LOL!
JP volunteers at this event every year too.
