Vegas.... baby!!

Have I told you of my sister-in-law's accident? Well, let's just suffice it to say that she was a little bruised and sore, but was feeling not much worse for wear after being t-boned in Baldwin, Wisconsin. The hardest part, however, was that her dog Vegas got out of the kennel in her car after the accident and disappeared. Now, this was THREE weeks ago... guess what??! Thank God for answered prayers... a lady called Cheri today from a farm north of the accident and asked if she had lost her dog?! He was found!! Vegas has been out in this weather for 3 weeks, and although he has lost 7 pounds, it sounds like he is doing good. What a Christmas present... and I do believe that Cheri's husband, Clayt, was watching over Vegas from heaven too!

we ask you to bless Vegas,
who brings so much joy into Cheri's life.
By the power of Your love,
enable him to live according to your plan.
May we always praise You for all Your beauty in creation.
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
