1,000,000 meals

We headed to church again on Saturday night and packed some more meals for Kids Against Hunger! After an email sent out on Thursday that we were close to our goal, but 700 volunteers were still needed, we signed up again and again! Calvary had a very lofty goal of packing 1,000,000 meals and they reached it Saturday night. Kids Against Hunger has made a commitment to Haiti for the meals we packed. What a huge success! Our hands helped pack food that will reach the mouths of babes thousands of miles away. What a blessing and heart-felt way to give back to the world.
